GEON Performance Solutions- Electrical Feasibility Studies
Our very first project, we were entrusted by the plant engineers to do a thorough review of the existing site and it’s electrical condition. After a couple of site visits, a detailed feasibility report and updated single line drawings for the entire plant were submitted along with all the necessary upgrades required to optimize the plant operations.
REMAX Office Fitup – Smith & Robinson Building, Kingston, Ontario
We were retained by Doornekamp Construction Ltd., to carry out a multi-disciplinary fit-up for REMAX head office space at the Smith & Robinson building.
Theravada Buddhism Monastery- Meditation Hall
Creating a conscious space for the Thai Buddhist forest tradition of Theravada Buddhism. This project involved ambient lighting design for various parts of a newly constructed meditation hall with several wooden structures. Lighting for heavy wood building, mainly timber demands mindful placement of fixtures. A perfect project to demonstrate our core values of biophilic engineering design.

St. Lawrence College, Brockville, Ontario- Gender Neutral Washroom Upgrade
A small step towards inclusivity in the SLC Brockville campus. Engineering services and design in this project involved upgrading washrooms for energy efficiency, and creating gender neutral washrooms. St. Lawrence college, built 53 years ago had much of the infrastructure and spaces open to upgradation. Addressing deferred maintenance and accessibility concerns in various washroom facilities on the Brockville campus were the key focus areas.

St. Lawrence College, Cornwall, Ontario- Gender Neutral Washroom Upgrade
Following our design principles from the Brockville campus project, we are excited to see the Cornwall campus accommodate students with gender neutral requirements.
St. Lawrence College, Kingston, Ontario- Integrated Test Centre
An aggressive and exciting deadline to renovate two classrooms into new spaces including office areas, proctor viewing areas, large testing areas, an accessible/all gender washroom, a separate lock up area as well as individual test spaces for those requiring accommodations. This project is intended to improve student experience, operation, and efficiency of the testing for students who have not been able to attend regular testing dates, who require accommodations for testing and to open up opportunities for testing and proctoring exams outside of St. Lawrence College programs.
Strata Hotel – Renovation
Previously Thrift Lodge Kingston, this 4000sq.ft. space was in dire need of renovation. Our team of creative and enthusiastic electrical designers jumped at this opportunity to provide aesthetically pleasing lighting upgrades and new electrical services for this hotel.

Wilkinsen Accountants – Office Renovation
8000Sq.ft. of office space needed to be designed within a span of 14 days with new furniture layouts, lighting upgrades and life safety system upgrades. Our team was able to accomplish this with a stunning 7 day turn around time with minimal to no questions during the construction process!
Gardiner’s Road Dental Clinic – Workspace Renovation
With COVID restrictions becoming more stringent, we were asked to provide updated mechanical and electrical engineering services for two new operating rooms. An updated air flow report was done to understand fallow times of the existing space. A nearby apartment was renovated to provide new office rooms and lunch room for the staff.

Gananoque – Building Condition Assessment
We were retained by Springer Group to carry out a multi-disciplinary Building Condition Assessment (BCA) for the property at 154 King Street East, Gananoque, ON. The project covered electrical and mechanical condition assessment for the 287.5 m2 of usable basic office space, including a Class D assessment.

Six Storey Apartment – HVAC Drafting Services
Not only do we help out clients in need of M&E drawings, we also provide a lending hand to those who want help with drafting services. Wrapping up a project for a local client who needed additional support with CAD drafting. Apart from providing our clients with M&E drawings, we also provide additional support with drafting services. This quick-turnaround project involved supporting a local client with CAD drafting for HVAC system.

Bal Dental Clinic – Renovation of Clinic
Our second dental clinic project involved renovation of the clinic with COVID related guidelines and updated HVAC requirements. Working on two dental clinic projects within a span of a month kept us up to date with the guidelines. Allure Spa- Existing Space Renovation
One of our newest clients had a tenant emergency where permit drawings had to be completed for renovating a 2050 sq.ft. space. The anticipated design phase was complicated by interconnected HVAC system to the adjacent suites and several unknown site conditions that had to be investigated. Our team and partner firms pushed through with collaborative efforts and effective communication to get the project completed two weeks ahead of the schedule. Regardless of the complications that arose, we understood the urgency of the project and delivered it without stepping down from our standard of quality.

Ongwanada Home Renovations
Ongwanada hospital, being a member of the Kingston community for 60 years, has supported individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, assisting them to lead full lives within the community by ensuring their rights are respected, their changing needs are addressed, and their opportunities to make quality life choices and decisions are increased. We are grateful that this is our 20th project and are excited to contribute in bettering the community.

We take pride in contributing to bettering something that has been part of the Kingston community for generations. Our work on renovation of Kingston Tennis Club has been completed & we are grateful to have had the opportunity to make a difference in our community.
Queen’s University – Lab Renovations
Working in partnership with Neiva Engineering and GK Energy Modelling, our team designed the newly renovated space in Humphrey Hall. This project comprised of over 20 labs and needed special electrical & mechanical requirements for testing purposes.
Warehouse design – The Byng Group
Through a referral, we were delighted to assist in the design of a warehouse in Kingston, ON for The Byng Group. The design included mechanical & electrical scope to accommodate warehouse space with offices, kitchen, washrooms and meeting rooms.
